The Stacks

The Stacks is a three 14-story, mixed-use residential buildings, featuring 904 apartment units, 106 co-living units, and a 300,000-square-foot, below-grade parking garage. Each building is comprised of a setback tower on top of an approximately four-story pedestal.

C3M fabricated and delivered multiple custom power cans that distribute power to dewatering pumps, on-site office trailers, and site wide perimeter lighting and receptacles. C3M’s team handled the coordination with local electrical utility, Pepco, to make the power connection.
