This project involves the demolition of existing structures at the Pimlico Racing Facility, including the grandstands, clubhouse, and equine facilities. Subsequent phases of the development include the construction of new facilities such as a clubhouse, paddock, racing barns, and maintenance buildings, along with necessary utility upgrades, site work, and landscaping.
C3M will manage the disconnection of existing utilities within the areas undergoing demolition. C3M’s scope also includes establishing temporary power for the ongoing operation of the horse racing training facility, serving areas such as the tracks, barns, dormitories, veterinary facility, and administrative offices. Temporary power services will be prefabricated in sea containers for quick deployment and durability.
